We implemented GS1 digital links through QR codes on Transformulas' product packaging. These QR codes enabled customers to instantly access detailed product information by simply scanning the code.
Additionally, the QR codes were integrated with digital platforms to collect email addresses for competitions and membership club registrations.
The implementation was carried out in phases: with the most popular product going live on packaging first.
Designing and generating GS1 digital link QR codes was made easy with the smartlinks platform, configuring a welcome page video and message from Transformulas founder, Rosi Chapman and a sign up campaign to capture email addresses with the promise of exclusive deals and competitions.
